Young Rising Star Well Known As Lil Meri Passed Away

Samuel Mer­i­thas Malatji, pop­u­larly known by his stage name ‘’Lil Meri” has passed away in the late hours of Sat­ur­day evening, 11 December at the age of 22.

Ba Melomu hitmaker died due to a short illness few a hours ago, this was confirmed by his manager.

“Lil Meri succumbed to short illness just an hour ago,” said his manager Professor during his interview with the “Update with LohanM.”

Meri obtains his N3 in Mechanical engineering at Letaba TVET College.

Few weeks ago Lil Meri Left a message to everyone to remember him with.

He was asked how he would wants people to remember Lil Meri when things are set and done.

Here is what he said:

“He is the  motivator, He is the message, He is everything that the world needs, like He is the legend. Because one thing that i have realized that, even though I quit music, my songs will still play. Even if I die, my music will still play because of the message that I have revealed through my songs.

“So i have realized that my music is unique and different. After 20 years it will still play. I believe this because of the message that I’ve revealed to people. Concluded Lil Meri at Limpopo Podcast
