West Brom and Portsmouth duo CLEARED of rape allegations dating back to 2018

There should always be a quick resolution to any criminal case because it does no one any good to have such claims lingering around, but two British players will be relieved tonight after being cleared of rape charges dating back to 2018.
Karlan Grant of West Brom and Reeco Hackett-Fairchild of Portsmouth were both charged with rape in Ibiza in 2018, but their charges have now been dismissed, according to the Daily Mail.
Clearly, the two players are dissatisfied with the length of time it has taken to get to this point in the case, but the verdict came after a judge studied cell phone footage from the incident and agreed with the players’ allegation that it was consenting sex.
