The mighty Kaizer Chiefs are back on the green grass. Here are three changes we expect against TS Galaxy on Wednesday.
The gloomy cloud is set to pass. Kaizer Chiefs have a new opportunity to respond to last weekend’s 2-1 shock defeat to Chippa United in Durban.
We’ve found three changes to expect.
DSTV PREMIERSHIP: KAIZER CHIEFS VS TS GALAXY
Orlando Pirates won on Tuesday, we all know what that means before a Chiefs game. The pressure is maximised.
The Glamour Boys take on Sead Ramovic’s TS Galaxy they have failed to beat in two games, but every game is a different event.
Victory for Chiefs could propel the Soweto giants to the summit of the log, if the result is at least 3-0 and if Richards Bay draw or lose to Cape Town City on Wednesday.
For the inconsistent Galaxy, a win could lift the Mpumalanga club from 11th to 7th spot.
THREE EXPECTED CHANGES FROM ARTHUR ZWANE
Following Chiefs’ 2-1 loss to the Chili Boys, a few players seemed to be needing urgent rest or simply a challenge.
Both the left and right wingers Kgaogelo Sekgota and Ashley du Preez are expected to be dropped in favour of refreshing the team.
Additionally, Caleb Bimenyimana is reported to have suffered a thigh injury that will keep him out for four weeks.
The likely replacements will not be like-for-like. Zwane’s options do not offer any traditional wingers or center forwards, we can therefore expect a formation change.
Don’t be surprised to see Dillan Solomons, Khama Billiat, and Wandile Duba for his debut.
