Orlando Pirates | A new coach in Pirates rosters?
Orlando Pirates haven’t found a permanent head coach since parting ways with Josef Zinnbauer due to personal reasons, despite having interim Mandla Ncikazi in charge.

Due to his quadruple treble triumph in 2010-11 and 2011-12, Orlando Pirates fans idolize Ruud Krol.

Krol, who has been unemployed for three years after leaving Tunisian giants CS Sfaxien in 2019, is interested in returning to Bucs,.

“ Legendary Dutch coach Ruud Krol has been offered to Orlando Pirates, a side with which he achieved great success in the past, “ the outlet reported in one of their recent issues.
“ Sources close to the coach’s dealings in South Africa have informed the crew that the 73-year-old would be open to taking up the reigns at Pirates if the opportunity presented itself once again ,” the report added.
Ruud Krol is apparently still valued in Mzansi, 10 years since his success, and after three years of unemployment, are Bucs sure?.

While Orlando Pirates’ co-coaches Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids have displayed glimpses of talent, inconsistency and inability to produce goals haven’t stopped rumours associating the club with several coaches, notably Benni McCarthy

It would be strange to resume with Ncikazi and Davids if the club maintains them after a larger profile coach like Krol or McCarthy arrives unexpectedly next season to work with them.
It would be unusual to break Ncikazi and Fadlu’s momentum now, regardless of who comes in, but this is Pirates. Per Soccer Laduma

It remains to be seen whether Ruud Krol will be granted another chance to lead the Orlando Pirates as a head coach, this time with the backing of Pirates supporters on his side.
