NATURENA | Arthur Zwane dropped a heinous statements that horrified everyone.

Arthur Zwane, Kaizer Chiefs coach, believes the club should select a local coach to succeed Stuart Baxter next season.
Appointing a local coach, according to Zwane, would benefit the club because that individual would be familiar with the issues that players face on a daily basis.
Understanding the players’ backgrounds and struggles is crucial for Zwane, and he believes PSL clubs should be patient with local coaches.
The bulk of PSL coaches, according to Zwane, take the daily problems that the players experience for granted.
Zwane recently put his hand up to be considered for the Chiefs’ head coaching post next season, stating that if offered, he will accept it.
He’s now gone on to declare that PSL clubs like Chiefs and Pirates should be able to empower their own local coaches.
“Look, as I’ve said, we have to empower our own people. We start there, we have to empower our own people. We have to groom our coaches,” Zwane told reporters.
“I mean, teams like Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates… As you can see, there is coach Fadlu there, there is coach Mandla there. Just a little bit of patience, and things will change for the better.”
“But also, this side, we have good coaches that can come and help Kaizer Chiefs, why not? Look, our coaches understand where these players come from.”
“We are dealing with a lot of sensitive issues in this country, and a lot of people take those things for granted.”
“And I can tell you, we have so many challenges as a nation let alone life in general. So, you have to know where these boys come from,” added Zwane.
