Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club defender is set to join the club’s arch-rivals Orlando Pirates Football Club ahead of next season.

Orlando Pirates is set to sign Mamelodi Sundowns versatile defender Mosa Lebusa after a difficult season at Chlorkoop.

The defender’s contract at Sundowns is coming to an end later this month.

Making a free agent and eligible to sign with a club of his option.

Lebusa struggled for game time this past season, playing 13 games in all competitions, scoring a single goal.

According to KickOff Magazine sources, the Buccaneers will announce two big players from Sundowns before next season.

With one of them being Lebusa and the other Andile Jali, whom the club offered a one-year contract with an option for a further year.

Meanwhile, Jose Riveiro has already added new faces to his squad.

Melusi Buthelezi from TS Galaxy and Katlego Otladisa from Marumo Gallants have joined the Sea Robbers.

The latter sealed a move to Houghton yesterday after signing a three-year deal with an option for further two years.

More signings are expected to arrive, as the club continues to prepare for the CAF Champions League campaign next season.
