On-loan star attacker Thabiso Kutumela is reportedly set to leave Mamelodi Sundowns ahead of next season.

The Brazilians are expected to welcome back a number of players out on loan when the current season comes to an end.

They are expected to return for pre-season, but most of them will not form part of head coach Rulani Mokwena’s plan next season.

One of the players who is likely to not be part of Mokwena’s plans for the next season is Kutumela, according to Soccer Laduma.

The former Baroka FC and Orlando Pirates attacker is currently out on loan at Cape Town City FC after struggling for game time at Chloorkop earlier this season.

The Citizens are expected to battle Sekhukhune United for his signature, as the Limpopo-based club is said to be interested in his signature.

Meanwhile, Kutumela is not the only one facing uncertain times at Sundowns, as the likes of Jody February, Reyaad Pieterse, and Rivaldo Coetzee’s futures at the are also uncertain.

The good thing is that he will get game time wherever he will be. He is a skillful player who still have a lot to offer
