South African football talent Keletso Makgalwa, aged 26, has received his long-awaited clearance from Mamelodi Sundowns, marking the end of a five-year journey with the club.

Makgalwa is now free to choose his next footballing destination and register with the Premier Soccer League (PSL) immediately.

Makgalwa’s journey with Mamelodi Sundowns began in 2018 when he joined the senior team after progressing through the club’s junior ranks.

Over the years, he showcased his potential as a rising star in South African football, catching the attention of fans and scouts alike.

During his time with the senior team, Makgalwa embarked on several loan spells to further develop his skills and gain valuable experience.

Loan Moves Away From Sundowns 

He temporarily joined Maritzburg United, Moroka Swallows, TS Galaxy, and All Stars, each loan stint providing him with a unique opportunity to grow as a player and contribute to different teams.

Declining Loan Move And Leaving Sundowns 

However, after considering his options, Makgalwa made the decision to decline another loan opportunity and part ways with Sundowns.

This choice signifies his ambition to take control of his career and seek a new challenge in the PSL.

He is not short suitors as clubs like TS Galaxy and Supersport United are looking at acquiring the 26-year-old’s services.
