Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rhulani Mokwena Confirmed the club will release more players.

Mamelodi Sundowns co-coach Rhulani Mokwena has confirmed that there will be more departures from the club before the start of the new season.
To date, the Brazilians have parted ways with no fewer than four players from the previous seasons – one has left on loan while the three others left permanently.
Sibusiso Vilakazi and George Maluleka were both with Sundowns last term but they have been allowed to leave after the club’s decision not to renew their contracts.
Vilakazi has since joined TS Galaxy while Maluleka is currently on the books of AmaZulu after they were both offered two-year deals.
Phakamani Mahlambi and Grant Magerman spent last season on loan at Chippa United and Swallows FC respectively. Mahlambi is clubless while Magerman is joining SuperSport United on loan.
Now, Mokwena said they will be letting go of three to five players without mentioning any names. Goalkeeper Ricardo Goss is expected to be among those who’ll leave Sundowns.
Goss’ future remains in the balance after it emerged that he’s a target for SueprSport United in the proposed deal involving Ronwen Williams to Sundowns deal.
“There’ll be a couple of players leaving but we’ll make the announcements in due course. There’s be a couple – three or four, maybe even five – who will still leave,” said Mokwena as per SABC Sport.
