According to rumours, Peter Shalulile, a striker for Mamelodi Sundowns, is trying to leave the team.

According to rumours going around, Namibian-born striker Peter Shalulile, who has dominated the PSL goal scoring charts since breaking into top-flight football in South Africa with Highlands Park, is reportedly trying to force a move out.

Peter Shalulile has excelled for the Pretoria-based club Mamelodi Sundowns, which has dominated South African football for the past five seasons, winning the League five times in a row. He has been Mamelodi Sundowns’ go-to man in terms of scoring goals.

Peter Shalulile has missed the last three games and is reportedly trying to make a move. While his coaches assert an injury, Shalulile is alleged to have missed two days of practise after going AWOL.

According to reports, an Arabian Club has enticed the Namibian Born Striker with very good numbers that Mamelodi Sundowns cannot compete with, despite the fact that Peter Shalulile recently signed a new five-year contract with Mamelodi Sundowns, which means the Arabian Club will have to pay Millions for the Striker.

It’s uncertain whether Peter Shalulile will play in the match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates at Limpopo Peter Mokaba Stadium as negotiations to move him elsewhere advance behind closed doors.

In recent months, Peter Shalulile expressed the possibility that he should leave the club and travel abroad like Percy Tau.
