Kaizer chiefs released Parker last week. The question is who is going to be a new Captain. one of these three players will take over.
Kaizer Chiefs : Three candidates for the Amakhosi captaincy.
Kaizer Chiefs will have to choose a new captain now that Bernard Parker has left. A man who can motivate Amakhosi to achieve his full potential. The candidates are as follows:
Bernard Parker, a former member of the Amakhosi, is no longer with the Chiefs.
For the next player to fill, the former Chiefs captain has left a huge hole. Amakhosi require a captain, a seasoned professional who can motivate his colleagues both on and off the field. The three candidates for captaincy next season are as follows:
THREE CANDIDATES FOR CHIEFS CAPTAINCY
– ITUMELENG KHUNE
Given his extensive expertise, Khune may appear to be the natural candidate. He is a club legend and an inspiration to tens of thousands of young soccer players. Now he has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to return to the starting lineup and captain Amakhosi once more.
Itumeleng Khune of the Kaizer Chiefs is one of the candidates for the Amakhosi captaincy.
Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard pulled off a masterstroke by reviving his career. However, he is not the first choice goalkeeper at the moment, with Brandon Peterson favored and Bruce Bvuma the sole Bafana Bafana goalie in the squad.
If he is named captain, this will change. What Kaizer Motaung, Zwane, and Sheppard decide is a matter of time.
– KEAGAN DOLLY
Dolly, like Khune, is a fan favorite who brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He adds international experience to the table, having spent three years playing in Europe (in France). Dolly was also a key member of Pitso Mosimane’s Mamelodi Sundowns team, who won everything.
Keagan Dolly brings leadership, European expertise, and a proven track record on the field.
Under Mosimane, the Brazilians won the DStv Premiership and the CAF Champions League.
He is a solid candidate for this position; the only drawback is that he has only spent one season with the Chiefs.
– ERIC MATHOHO
Mathoho is the most improbable player on the list to be chosen. This is due to the possibility that he will depart Naturena in the coming weeks.
In this season’s DStv Premiership, Amakhosi’s towering defender made several costly errors. However, he is not as reliable as he once was, and he may not be at the club by the end of the current transfer window. Njabulo Ncgobo, Austin Dube, and Siyabonga Ngezana are among the players who have progressed through the ranks.
