Kaizer Chiefs player left the club.

Kaizer Chiefs defender Njabulo Ngcobo is in line for a move to Sekukhune United ahead of the new season.

Ngcobo, 30, joined Kaizer Chiefs from Moroka Swallows as the reigning Premier Soccer League Defender of the Season but was unable to stamp his authority at Naturena.

And it appears he will now be allowed to leave the club after the expiry of his three-year deal, as Sekhukhune agreed personal terms with the player.

According to iDiski Times it’s understood that Njabulo Ngcobo is keen on the move to earn more regular game-time but the players were asked for patience as Kaizer Chiefs look to secure their new head coach, as reported by this publication.

However, with Ngcobo available as a free agent from 1 July, his time at Naturena will come to an end and line up for Babina Noko next season.
According to recent reports, Kaizer Chiefs were prepared to extend Ngcobo’s contract in order to give him more opportunity to demonstrate his skill for the team, but regrettably, Ngcobo had lost faith in the organization. He was determined to find a better life elsewhere and had already made up his mind.
It’s as if Ngcobo couldn’t wait any longer and was more than willing to depart the club to seek game time elsewhere. He should have waited a little longer for the arrival of the new coach. However, the Ngcobo revelation would cause anguish and break hearts among Kaizer Chiefs fans. He was a fan favorite within the team.
He will excel in his new club and will fit in like a glove. The previous season was difficult for Ngcobo; hopefully, Sekukhune United will bring out his best.
Ngcobo has alot to offer and hopefully he will get back to National squad .
