Kaizer Chiefs four Major players won’t be present for the opening game against RoyalAM.

Sibusiso Mabiliso won’t be available for Saturday’s match against Royal AM, according to Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane. The player has been dealing with a niggling injury since last season.

Phathutshedzo Nange, who is serving a two-week suspension from the PSL and is also dealing with a muscle injury, is another player who will not be participating in the game.

Sifiso Hlanti, whose career was ended by a tackle during practice, has only recently begun working out. According to his head coach, the injury was horrifying to witness and it will take some time for Sifiso Hlanti to rejoin the team following such a serious injury.

Kamohelo Mahlatsi, who recently resumed training after missing the team’s preseason camp in Limpopo due to an injury, is another player who is ineligible for the match on Saturday. According to insiders, Mahlatsi is far behind in terms of match fitness.

Fans are now eagerly awaiting what coach Arthur Zwane has in store for them as his new tenure as Kaizer Chiefs mentor gets underway.
