With a busy 2024/2025 pre-season and winter transfer window on the horizon, Amakhosi is proactively planning for the upcoming alterations.

Coaching Shortlist By Kaizer Chiefs

The club is said to have shortlisted eight coaches for the head coach job currently obtained by Cavin Johnson on an interim basis until the end of the season.

The list is made up of the likes of Pitso Mosimane of Abha FC and Mamelodi Sundowns assistant coach Manqoba Mngqithi, as the only two South Africans.

This comes after hundreds of coaches around the world sent their CVs in the hope of landing the lucrative job.

Technical and Player Personnel Changes at Kaizer Chiefs

In addition to technical staff adjustments, Chiefs is also focusing on revamping its player roster before the next season commences.

As reported by Innocent Mkhize of FarPost, the club has initiated the hunt for new talent this week, pinpointing specific roles to fill and identifying current players who might be departing.

On X (formerly known as Twitter), Mkhize revealed that Chiefs plan to integrate 10 new players into the squad while bidding farewell to four individuals at Naturena.
